Fee:

Annual membership dues are $350 plus $40 USFS registration fee.

Our season runs from opening night, 9/29/09 to our annual banquet on April 13, 2010.

All Full Members are required to participate in our December raffle by selling $200 in raffle tickets.

Additonal immediate family of a current member may join for $200 plus $15 USFS registration fee.

Club Ice:

All Memberships in FFSC include two 45 minute sessions per week from 9/29/09 to 3/14/09, on Sunday afternoon and Tuesday evening. Extra ice sessions are available for purchase on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday afternoons.

Eligibility:

Full Members must be grade 12 or under and be able to skate unassisted across the ice. Members must also have approved figure skates (call us if you have any questions!)

Ice Frolics:

Full Members are encouraged to participate in our March ice show, Ice Frolics. We have a ton of fun!! Those wanting to participate must sign a permission slip, purchase their costumes, and commit to show practices beginning in January.

2009 - 2010 Membership Information

There are two types of membership in the Falmouth Figure Skating Club: Full Membership and Introductory Membership

Full Membership

Fee:

Introductory membership dues are $175 plus $40 USFS registration fee.

Club Ice:

Eligibility:

Introductory Members must not have been a member of FFSC before. They must be grade 12 or under and be able to skate unassisted across the ice. Members must also have approved figure skates (call us if you have any questions!)

Ice Frolics:

Introductory Members are NOT eligible to participate in our March ice show, Ice Frolics.

Membership Upgrade:

After joining, Introductory members may elect to upgrade to a Full Membership as long as they pay the difference between Introductory and Full Memberships ($175) by October 31, 2009. Upgrading by the deadline will make you eligible for all Full Membership privileges including Ice Frolics. Please be advised that at certain times of the year such as costume arrival, photo days, show rehearsals, etc. there is a lot of excitement at the rink. If you think your child may be bothered by being left out of the Ice Frolics activities we urge you to consider this upgrade option. Please ask any coach or member for more information about the Ice Frolics show.
